Fruit Salad Ingredients:
Apple ( Peeled ) - 1 medium sized
Banana ( ripe ) - 1 medium sized
Grapes - 10 -15
Mango ( ripe) - 1 medium sized
Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
Orange ( Peeled ) - 1 medium
Chikku ( Sapota ) - 1 medium sized
Custard Powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Sugar - as per taste
Strawberry - few
Cashews - 8 or 9
Milk - 1/2 litre
Method :
Apple ( Peeled ) - 1 medium sized
Banana ( ripe ) - 1 medium sized

Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
Orange ( Peeled ) - 1 medium
Chikku ( Sapota ) - 1 medium sized
Custard Powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Sugar - as per taste
Strawberry - few
Cashews - 8 or 9
Milk - 1/2 litre
Method :
- Cut all the fruits listed - Apple, Banana, Mango, Chikku and Strawberry in to small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Peel off Pomegranate and extract seeds and transfer to bowl along with Orange, Grapes and Cashews. Sprinkle 1 tsp of Sugar immediately on the bowl to retain the colour and freshness of the fruits. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Take 2 tsp of Custard powder with 2 or 3 tbsp of boiled and cooled milk and mix well till it is smooth.
- Boil Milk in a heavy bottomed pan and add sugar and stir well till sugar dissolves completely.
- Add Custard Paste which we have prepared and stir till milk turns thick. Let it cool for 30 min.
- Now add the fruits mixture along with vanilla essence.
- Refrigerate before serving. Yummy...
