Ingredients:
Shredded Coconut - 4 cups
Condensed milk - 1 tin ( 400 gm )
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sweetened Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
Rava ( sooji ) - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Dessicated Coconut or coconut powder - few tsp
Method:
1. Heat a heavy bottomed vessel on flame. Add 1/2 tbsp ghee and then add grated coconut and rava saute for 3 to 4 min.
2. Add Milk powder and Condensed milk and stir constantly till it leaves the side of the pan on low fire. It will take 8 to 10 min. Add the remaining ghee to it.
3. Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
4. Take it off from the flame. Now grease your hand and make it as a small coconut laddu balls and roll it in dessicated coconut. You can add roasted nuts to it if you desire.
5. Store it in an air tight container.
